WHAT IS NATIONAL DEPRESSION SCREENING DAY?

Calgary Counselling Centre (CCC) provides, as a free public service, an online depression screening test to anyone who visits our web site on National Depression Screening Day (NDSD). As part of our objective to create awareness of mental health issues, NDSD offers individuals the opportunity to be screened, with complete anonymity, for depression. The test does not attempt to offer a diagnosis, but points out to participants the presence or absence of depressive symptoms and offers a referral for further evaluation.

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

ONLINE
Online screening is available Thursday Oct. 6, 2011 (midnight to midnight). Visit www.test4depression.com to participate.

BY PHONE
Call the Centre directly at 403.265.4980 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
