CCC and Alloy
An amazing evening of fine food supporting Calgary Counselling Centre
This February, Calgary Counselling Centre is partnering with Alloy for its third Dinner Series. Enjoy a fabulous 5-course meal Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011 at one of Calgary's top fine dining destinations. All proceeds go to Calgary Counselling Centre.
The Dinner Series is Alloy's way of giving back to the community. Every other month Alloy hosts a special evening of dining with a cause. Previous non-profit organizations that benefitted from the dinner include the New TELUS World of Science and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
"CCC is thrilled to be a part of the Dinner Series" Says Kathryn Lyster, Fund Development Associate, who connected with Alloy and developed the partnership. "It is partnerships such as these that add up to help the Centre continue to offer our sliding-fee scale".
A four-star restaurant, Alloy has been open since 2008. Their combination of fresh ingredients and inspired pairings will be evident in the amazing menu planned on Feb. 2nd. All wines are from Thomas George Estates Winery and the owner Jeremy Baker will be flying in from California to talk about the wines. You will delight in the house made black pepper fettuccini paired with an elegant, floral Pinot Noir. Along with that a Brome Lake Duck Roast will be featured. See the menu for full details.
