Divorce is hard on everyone, but it's hardest on the children.

The Let's talk about divorce program focuses on the needs of children and encourages a strong, positive relationship with both parents. The program consists of three pieces: a Children's DVD, a Parent's DVD and this handbook.

The Handbook for Parents can be used as a resource on its own, as it does not make specific reference to the content of the videos.

The booklet does not advise or comment on parents' decisions to separate or divorce; its purpose is to help children cope as best they can with the divorce of their parents and to help their children through the divorce experience.
