When someone in the family has a problem, it can affect the whole family. If you or someone in your family is experiencing problems with anger, eating disorders, mental or physical illness, depression, parent-child conflict, or other issues, family counselling may provide the opportunity for all of you to move forward.

Family Counselling is an effective way to help all family members understand problems and make positive changes in their lives.

“We laughed, cried, shared and learned, about ourselves, and each other. Shawn and I have new tactics and skills to use as a parent which has helped Adam open up.”
-Connie, mother

“I didn’t think I would ever get along with my parents. Mostly, we argued, but now I know I can really talk with them, and they’ll listen. The counsellor helped me to better understand my parents and realize that not “everything” is their fault. I am learning to be responsible for my part too and that’s making it better for all of us.”
- Adam, 15 years old
